2. Order Processing and Lead Time
All orders are subject to a lead time of 7-10 business days before they are shipped. This lead time allows for the careful preparation and quality control of each product.

3. Payment Gateway
We use Yoco as our payment gateway for secure and efficient processing of your payments. By making a purchase, you agree to Yoco’s terms and conditions.

4. Shipping
We offer various shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (South Africa): PUDO, PaXi, and PostNet-to-PostNet.
International Shipping: DHL or affiliate couriers. All destinations outside South African borders are considered international.

5. Returns and Refunds
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
